Comment 33(a)-3.v — NO error if the disclosed figures were labeled "Estimated" under a surviving §1005.32 exception and the difference results from the actual rate/fees. Post-July-21-2020 the estimate space is narrow: the blanket temporary exception for insured institutions EXPIRED (§1005.32(a)(2)); survivors are (b)(1) recipient-country methods, (b)(2) transfers scheduled ≥5 business days ahead, (b)(4)/(b)(5) low-volume insured-institution exceptions.
